Andrew leads our research efforts, bringing his experience in public policy having worked with and within state, federal, and international jurisdictions. His expertise ensures that our research remains at the forefront of addressing the evolving needs of the youth community.

Calvin is instrumental in driving our research initiatives, applying his strong background in social sciences to generate meaningful insights. Combined with his experience as an adviser within the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet's office, Calvin's dedication to understanding the nuanced dynamics of youth-related policy matters is unparalleled.

A passionate Bachelor of Arts student, double-majoring in Politics and International Studies, and Asian Studies, Nina co-leads What YouthThink's Operations branch. Nina has a broad array of international experience volunteering in Denmark, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and Finland

Co-leading What YouthThink's operations, Hana is an Arts student at the University of Melbourne. Her background as a geography major combined with her experience supporting communities to implement and achieve sustainable goals position her well to be a future leader in sustainability!

A current Juris Doctor candidate at Melbourne Law School, Lilly co-leads What YouthThink's policy projects. Her strong problem-solving and public speaking skills bring excellent mentorship to our current research teams. Lilly was the Team Leader and co-author of the housing inequality report in 2025 summer.

Madison joins What YouthThink as a current Bachelor of Arts student majoring in history, with a passion for public policy, history and politics. She runs her own blog focusing on foreign policy and current political issues, and has contributed as a volunteer author to multiple online history publications.

Ibuki manages the marketing and communications of What YouthThink, bringing his experience in several student clubs & societies. His strong communication and teamwork skills help the organisation deliver policy outcomes to a broad audience and policymakers.
